Our Founder, Owner, and President of Florida Auto Service of the Palm Beaches* is, Albert Pradetto. A transplant from Pennsylvania since age 8, Albert grew up in West Palm Beach and graduated from North Shore High School Class of 1971. He has been a part of, and involved with, the towing and automotive service industry locally since 1964.

Albert’s father was the original owner of Lake Park Exxon in Lake Park, FL. Albert started our company in 1994. Mr. Pradetto encourages and promotes professionalism amongst his office staff, as well as his towing & transport operator personnel, through continuing education, training and certification in various areas related to the improvement of customer service, task efficiency and job safety within the industry.

“Recognition as a true professional in our business today can only come by way of fair and uniform regulations statewide in that are in-sync with approved and accepted tow operator certification in all aspects of our industry.”

“As for customer service, I stress to all of my employees that owner’s of vehicle’s impounded, for one reason or another, by local law enforcement officials are as much our customer’s as those who request our services voluntarily and/or through established commercial accounts. They demand, and deserve, our respect for their property.”

ALEX BASALLO

General Manager

alex@allfloridatowing.com

Originally hired as an Emergency Roadside Service technician in 2002, Alex Basallo, returns to All Florida Towing as part of our management team.

Upon being very successful in his assignment as an ERS tech in the greater West Palm Beach area, Alex made a smooth transition into handling calls-for-service as a tow truck operator. His great proficiency with the operation of towing equipment and associated apparatus, as well as his efficient service, eventually lead to his re-assignment to our Heavy-Equipment Transport division in 2004.

Time and again, Alex has demonstrated the personal values and quality leadership skills that our personnel and customers have learned to appreciate and respect. His ability to quickly analyze a problem and to make the proper adjustments in relation to such while in the field made Alex an invaluable asset. In addition, his willingness to always lend a “helping hand” to his co-workers, made Mr. Basallo a very popular person at All Florida Towing.

In 2006, Alex left All Florida Towing and started his own heavy-equipment transportation company, Caroline Transport. Despite his success with Caroline Transport, Alex found that being the owner of a business took away “quality time” that was needed for his family. When the opportunity presented itself, Alex returned to our company in January of 2009 as the General Manager.

It is our pleasure to welcome Alex back into our family here at All Florida Towing.
